Arbitration Award Against Me
Hi, I have an arbitration award
against me in Montana. The plaintiff's
attorney is going to come after me in
California. The arbitration was over a
construction dispute. I am a
corporation in California. The award is
for both personal and corporation. Is
there anything I can do to mitigate
the damages or hide/protect my
assets?
