Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

Haven't been able to find an attorney in the San

Diego area that is willing to take a case against

a hospital regarding negligence. I have records

for proof, plus records from another hospital who

saved her life.This happened in July 1999 and time

is running out. Will someone please help? This is

a problem pretaining to my daughter who is now

Medical Malpractice cases in general are extremely hard to prove and settle since the doctor and/or hospital have to consent to the settlement.
