Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

Doc. Misdiagosed my child - Bad Results

Doctor told us no detached retina. Doc. very familiar with my child & high risk factor. Sent us on our way. Due to length of time before correct diagnosis made. Son had 3 major & 1 minor surgery. Left disfigured. Personal Injury case?

Medical malpractice. But, you will have to get the case reviewed by a competent eye surgeon willing to testify. Plan on spending money for consultants, unless you can get an attorney willing to front out of pocket costs.
