If you get through to the radio station, you will be connected to a producer who would probably only be concerned with getting your consent to have your voice broadcast. A lawsuit against a doctor based on his comments on a radio program would be about as specious as a lawsuit against a LawGuru attorney for something one of us posted here. People of ordinary intelligence know that real medical and legal advice is delivered in person.
