Assaulted, Detained, and Wrongfully Detained

My friend and I were at a womens clothing store shopping recently. While my girlfriend tried on some outfits, I went to the register and payed for my item. As I approched my friend to ask if she was almost ready to go, I noticed two women harrasing her. I went to see if anything was wrong, all of a sudden they began to assault my friend and i. We end up getting charged with robbery, and incarcerated for three days all while still recovering from this assault. Oh yeah! By the way all this happened while still in the store.

If what you said is true, then both you and your friend have a decent case. I am however curious, did you have your receipt at that point? and was there a camera?
