Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

If my attorney filed a motion to be relieved, does that mean that I totally lose my case because I cannot even represent myself and my child both who has another guardian ad litem? There must a relief when I cannot find an attorney immediately. If I cannot represent my child, my child will lose her case unless she finds an attorney?

No. The court will grant you more than enough time to find a new attorney. Best of luck.
