Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

auto airbag failure/ injury

During an accident in Mexico, the airbags in our brand new truck did not deploy in the 35 mph accident resulting in numerous injuries. Where can I find a lawyer to take case? Can I sue from Ca?

Re: auto airbag failure/ injury

Since you would be suing a corporation in the United States you may be able to sue them in California. Depending on where the corporation is located, you may have to sue them in federal court if they are located in another state. Did you own the vehicle in question? How old was the vehicle? There are many questions that need to be answered before I can determine whether or not you have a case and where proper venue is. I would be happy to speak with you regarding your case. I can be reached toll free at 877-546-9918. The call and consultation are free. I look forward to speaking with you.

Sincerely,

John Hayes, Esq.
