California Release Form

What is the correct liability release form to use when a company is having an off-site event in which an employee voluntarly participants? The accident release form seems to be for after an accident. I need this form to be one that the participant signs before the event releasing the company and its agents from liability.

There is no one form. You need to have a form custom drafted for this situation. Either the company's business attorney can do it or you should hire an attorney to do it. This is one of those areas where a generic form will not suffice.
