Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

if I get into a car accident and just put in a engine 6 months prior am I entitled money for that

If you can show that the new engine somehow caused the accident (even in part) then you may have a claim against the manufacturer, the company that installed it, etc. But you're not entitled to money back just because you got into an accident.
