Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
if i filed an unlimited personal injury-auto case, then file request for dismissal after learning injuries are not worth filing in that jurisdiction, can i file in small claims?

Yes, as long as two conditions exist:
1) when the superior court case was dismissed it was stated as being " without prejudice." If it was dismissed with prejudice then the case is over with.
2) 2 years has not passed from the date of the accident to when you file in small claims court.
