no insurance not at fault

I have no insurance and someone rear ended me

what can I collect on;bodily, property? Their

insurance has already accepted responsibility.

You are allowed to collect any actual monetary loss. This is what we call out of pocket expenses. This would include your medical bills, the repair bills to your car and any money lost from being unable to work. You will not be able to collect things like attorney fees or pain and suffering.
