I HAD THE KEGAL MESH PATCH INSERTED FOR A VENTRAL AND UMBILICAL HERNIA S IN 2000 -when i WENT TO GET MY MEDICAL RECORDS FROM THE HOSPITAL THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE THEM ANYMORE-WHERE CAN i GO TO GET MY MEDICAL RECORDS ? i HAD TO HAVE 2 FISTULA OPERATIONS AND STILL HAVE COLON AND BOWEL PROBLEM FROM THIS PATCH AND NEED THE RECORDS TO PURSUE A COURT SETTLEMENT
