Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

What kind of Attorney would be best to force the focus on a case where a small town local individual sonehow entered a mortgage loan application of mine on my home, thinking it was just a broker out of the phone book. Then for years this person participated in small town acts to make it impossable to work and live without harassment. PC422 in the form of mocking gun fingers and approaching me saying i should move away.

It is unclear to me precisely what the other person did so I can not say whether you need a real estate, criminal law, personal injury, or other type of attorney. What do you want done, which is the most important of the offenses against you, did the other person actually file a mortgage application and what happened, any criminal complaint made against you, how prevented from working, etc.
