lost of value on my car because of accident

hi dear i had an accident 2 mounts ago some one hit me on my car from the behind there is police report says that %100 gilty the person who hit me i been driving a rental car for over a two mounts my insurance company only paying for 30 days than they are telling me to pay the rest of the bill and than deal with other persons insurance company

even they are willing to pay everything secont there is a $15000.00 damege on my car i have loan car i been paying for last 2 mounts i am not even driving the car third my car lost alot s of value because of this accident who is gonna pay for my lost who should i talk to my insurance company is not helping me at all thank you in advence for your helps have great day...
