You ought to get legal representation as you have may a case against them. In California, the old law (i.e. the Mix Rule about a chicken bone) has long ago been overturned; there now may be a claim they breached the duty they owe you when preparing food, it doesn't matter whether if its a natural or foreign object in food anymore.

Don't hesitate to email me at [email protected] if you want legal representation.
