Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I recently had a judgment against me based in a tort action. The amount is for $25,000.00

I am unemployed and have been for over 3 years now. I do not have much income and what ever money I do have is used for bills, food and rent. I have no real possessions except some clothes and a camera. Can a lien be put against my bank account? What are my options? Can I appeal this tort judgement? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can appeal. But your success depends on whether the judge/jury committed reversible error. Remember to timely file your notice of appeal, or you'll be forever barred. Your bank account can be levied. It will be up to you to seek a hardship exemption from the court. You might consider whether bankruptcy would help to ease your financial burden.
