can i recieve pain and suffering for a blameless crime

I never heard of a "blameless" crime. I don't think that's the correct word you're looking for. But anyway, as a general rule, most crimes are also torts, so you can sue in civil court for most things that can also be prosecuted criminally. Just think of OJ Simpson for an example.
