Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I slipped AND FELL TONIGHT AT A GROCERY STORE. I FELL ON WHAT APPEARED TO BE DRIPPINGS FROM A RAW CHICKEN PACKAGE. i TWISTED MY HIP AND UPPER LEG AND NOW AM IN PAIN. i REPORTED THE INCIDENT TO THE MGR AND HE WROTE A REPORT AND PHOTOGRAPHED THE AREA. HE COMMENTED THAT IT APPEARED TO BE DRIPPINGS FROM AN IMPROPERLY PACKAGED OF MEAT. hOW DO I PROCEED WITH SEEING A DOCTOR ETC. i THINK i AT LEAST TWISTED SOMETHNG IF NOT WORSE. i HAVE TO CONTINUE WORKING BECUASE OF FINANCIAL REASONS. I WORK WHEN iHAVE A COLD OR DO'T FEEL WELL ALL THE TIME SO THIS WILL BE NO DIFFERENT. PLEASE ADVISE AND IF YOU WANT TO TAKE THIS ON A PERCENTAGE BASIS LET ME KNOW. eVERYTHING WAS DOCUMENTED WITH THE STORE BUT THEY GAVE ME NOTHING NOT EVEN A PHONE NUMBER FOR CORPORATE.
