Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
Can i sue parent/guardian for abuse they didnt hit me but hurt me in ways that i should sue like cuting my face and marking me on my shoulder lieing to me

Any physical injuries would be child abuse; lying is not something you can sue them for as many people lie often and it is difficult to prove who is telling the truth or what was said. but you can sue in civil court for physical injuries and scars serve as evidence of an injury occurring.
