Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

For a commission disagreement. A property co-listed sold by one of the co-list agents, where the selling agent sold the property herself. There was no written agreement saying that the sales side would be split with the co-list agent even though the co-list agent says there was a verbal agreement.

What are the legal consequences for the selling side commission.

This is probably going to be the fastest and cheapest way to get a resolution, and if the parties choose an arbitrator who is highly knowledgeable about the California real-estate business, your award should be fair, reasonable and consistent with the law.

You real estate agents are supposed to know that listing agreements are supposed to be in writing. The court will hold you to that knowledge.
