creditor in bankruptcy suit
i was serve proof of claim in a chapter 11 bankruptcy suit. i bought a home from the builder/seller/lender now the builder filed chapter 11 what am i to do

What's the claim for? Do they owe you money? Have you had your new home inspected for a possible construction defects lawsuit? You might want to pay a visit to a bankruptcy lawyer to have the form you received looked at before you send anything to the court.
Failure to file a claim by the claims deadline could cause you to lose money or valuable rights.
