Damage to automobile.

My car was damaged in a parking lot due to a piece of rebar protruding from the tire stop at the front of the parking space. Property manager is giving me the brush off. How should I proceed?

The terms of the parking lot agreement will control here. If the parking lot is liable, then you should have an attorney draft a demand letter for out of court settlement or litigation.
