my father pass away and my father and brother are on the deed of the house can he kick me out of the house

If your brother is the only one left on the deed of the house, then maybe. But, it is possible that your dad's will or living trust, if he left any, gave you the right to remain in the house or even a portion of the house. Consult a probate attorney to make sure.
