Foreclosure and new law(Monday deadline)

The lender is asking for me to go out of my house by the end of this month because I defaulted in my payments. what are my options if he did not negotiated a payment plan before foreclosure?

Your question does not contain any useful information. What exactly is going to happen tomorrow? Is this really the first time you've sought help from an attorney? What do you mean, the lender is "asking"? Did you or did you not receive a Notice of Default? Did you or did you not receive a Notice of Sale? If there is a sale pending, on exactly what date are they going to sell the property?

If the sale is tomorrow, a Chapter 13 can be filed with the court today to stop the sale even though today is Sunday -- although it would cost you, and I would probably have some choice words for you for waiting until the last minute.
