Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I am helping prepare a grant deed to a couple that just got married. The revenue and taxation code that I looked up is confusing. I am looking for advise on what the actual code would be to assure transfer tax is exempt from the documentary transfer tax since its adding the wife to title.

Probably Revenue & Taxation Code section 63, but I recommend you look it up and make sure it fits your situation.
