Re: Home owner assc

You are entitled to notice of delinquency and notice of the sale, among many other notices. In this situation, the only way your home could be sold without your knowledge is if you are not living at the property and the HOA has no way of reaching you.

The easiest (and quickest) way to resolve the matter is to pay the past due amounts. No doubt, the HOA also wants interest and its attorneys' fees. Generally, the HOA will not budge on these additional costs, absent waiver by the board. Good luck.
