my house is going in forclosure, can I take my fridge with me as well as my free staning oven/stove and washer and dryer, as they are not part of the fixtures?

You may take your refrigerator, washer/dryer and oven if you bought them when you purchased the house. However, if you cause any intentional damage to or deface the property, you may be held liable by the lender for damages. Consult an attorney before your move anything out of the house.

The legality of taking these items depends upon the accuracy of your assumption that they are not fixtures. It is fairly common for laundry appliances and refrigerators not to be, or become, fixtures; less so these days for stoves and ranges, but sure, it's possible.
