Can I get a license of nurse or real estate if I did arrest by shoplifting

If you were arrested, but your case has not yet gone to court, you had better retain a lawyer and defend the charge because, yes, a theft conviction can severely limit your ability to get jobs and professional licenses.

I don't know whether a shoplifting conviction is an absolute bar to either of the licenses you mentioned, but theft is a crime of "moral turpitude" and at best you will have an uphill battle.
