What is the maximum AGI, Married filing together, to claim a rental loss?

You need to post this on the tax section and give details, but you can not deduct money you never got. If a tenant failed to pay you rent, you would have to first count the unpaid rent as income and then could substract the entire amount from the rental income reported, which makes no sense to do.
