mobile home purchase

I have just purchased a mobile home frrom a neighbor,who is being evicted. the park is tringing to stop me from moving yhis mobilr,as they were counting on keeping it for themselves.the sherriff dept has not come to serve the eviction..do I have any time after the sherriff serves the E????i dont think the park can sstop me from removing the home from theirproperty??

in order to give you a complete and/or thorough answer to your question, i would need more detailed information, i.e. is the eviction for failure to pay lot rental fees and/or mobile home financing fees? what were the terms of your purchase with the seller? what interest does the mobile home park have in the mobile home itelf, and not just the lot it sits on? etc...if you can email me back these answers and more details on your case, i can further assist you legally on this matter.

The mobilehome park has the right to approve any buyer of the the mobilehome. I believe that this applies only when the mobilehome purchaser intends to keep the mobilehome in the park.
