Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

we are moving out of our rented house the middle of july. We are giving our subtenants 30 days notice on june 1. What if they dont leave when its time for us to be all out of the house?

You can evict them the same as the landlord. But standby for problems if you did not have the right to sublet the premises.

It will be your responsibility to get them out. The landlord will hold You responsible if they are not gone.
