Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I have owned my land for 15 years when I bought it the seller had surveyed the lots and marked the borders. The property next to me was jst sold and the new owner had the property surveyed and found the old property line to be in error and the new line will be 60 feet on my property. We both bought the property agreeing that the existing lines were accurate and I have been using the disputed land for 15 years through two different owners does the new survey negate the old one?

That is a huge discrepancy between surveys. You are missing your zip code, which would be nice to know how rural the property is, and possibly direct you to an attorney who could evaluate your case.
