Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I have property in another state that I am leasing to an oil company. The company has sent me a lease agreement to sign along with a bonus draft. I am thinking about getting an attorney that is knowledgeable about oil, gas and mineral leases. The thing I need to know is should I get an attorney in the state I live in or obtain one that is located in the state that my property is in.
