son who lived and cared for mother on the property of my stepfather who passed when i was 15 to 17 yrs old he verberly told me and my mother the house is left for me and my mother if he passed. the benificiary which is my mother automatically because of marriage but there was not anything in writing the house was also left for me. I'm 37 yrs old now, my fieance and i have been careing for my mother in property for aprox.8 to 9 yrs. my fieance became primary care takers, she was a recovering cancer patient ,had bad anxiety attacks,chronic depresion, sister never helped at all. took mother out of house she made false alligations of financial and elderly abuse, this house has nothing to do with her i was never raised with her we have to different fathers she is my only sister. my fieance and my mother were on the title as joint tenant because of my bad credit. my sister gained conservatorship over my mother and real property,my fieance and i were evicted from our own home , the home that i was raised from, we never went court because the hearings were in san bernadino, we have no transportation we became homeless, i also lost my job,no money for a lawyer,need to know how to get back what is rightfully ours.

I don't believe your sob story. If my home was at stake I would walk, hitchhike, or take the bus to San Bernardino. Sounds like the case is over and you lost, unless you can raise enough money to hire a lawyer, and maybe that won't even help at this late date.
