Rental deposit
After giving a 30 day notice how much time does landlord have to return any deposit due? Also, after vacating the apartment and it being rented to someone else, can the landlord come to me 1 month later for plumbing repairs?

The landlord has 14 days from the date that you vacate the premises to provide a detailed list of the repairs that are required, and any unused refund.
Any demand for damages based on conditions not reported in the original list would seem to be suspect.
