Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I was reviewing the purchase contract and realized I made a mistake with the numbers I imported for funding from lender. The downpayment was supposed to be 25% ($93750) but with us changing prices around my numbers ended up having their downpayment at 26.3% ($98750). With this discrepancy they would have to basically put down and extra $5k. The contract has already been signed. Is there a way for me to amend this contract to reflect the right numbers so that they would not have to put down the $5k and for the lender to increase their funding to reflect the correct amount with 25% down?

You should be able to amend the contract with the consent of all the parties.
