We need to incorporate (I think) to protect our assets. Owners of 2 income properties (4 units) with some personal cash reserves/stock portfolio. Yes? How to?

Re: how to set up company incorporation?

A corporation or LLC is probably a good idea. You can have a corp or LLC formed by an online company for a few hundred bucks. However, without guidance from an attorney, you'll be wasting your money. Formation of the entity is only 10% of the battle.

Feel free to contact me to discuss in detail.

Good luck,

Ben
