Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Suspected Fraud

I contracted for 2 years with a firm to reestablish my credit & sell my home. They have renegged on the purchase and are trying to charge me for recurring expenses & miscellaneous items that are not my responsibility and cannot be directly linked to my condo. They are holding my home hostage, won't let me live there, rent it or even visit it without ''supervision''. How do I resolve this issue?

Re: Suspected Fraud

It would be hard to give accurate advice without the benefit of knowing more about your business relationship with this company. Specifically, a review of all pertinent contracts, etc.

I would be willing to discuss some of the issues concerning your situation to see how I may be of assistance.

I offer prospective clients an initial consultation of 30 minutes for free.

I look forward to speaking with you.

Yours truly,

Bryan

You may have a claim. Was your house in foreclosure at that time or was the other party a foreclosure consultant? We will need to review your paperwork and documentation to assist you. Please contact our office if you have any other questions.
