Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Do I have a case if I filed a sexual harassment complaint against a coworker and my boss did not notify HR the first time I complained rather maybe the 3rd or 4th time? They did an investigation but before my co worker was interviewed he quit. I still had to keep my end of the investigation on going at my job. It was so uncomfortable I was isolated and discriminated against . Human Resources was harassing me I was in so much emotional distress I was having physical systems so much to the point where I had to see two different doctors. I missed multiple days of work due to filing the complaint. My car was impounded because I couldn’t afford it. Human Resources put me into negative 15 sick hours to try to pay me for 2 of the days I was unable to work because I had to have zoom meetings with the third party lawyer they hired.
