Questions to answer. What action did HR and the company take when harassment reported? Did harassment continue after reported first time? Was this the first time she had reported harassment by this person? Why did she leave? Employer may have a defense to a claim for sexual harassment if proper action taken, especially if conduct stopped after first reported. Call. 800-685-6950.
