Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

If my ex-boyfriend kept a video of me undressing and is now threatening to post it on Facebook, unless I go and get the video from him alone in a non-public area, what rights do I have against him, before and after he posts it? Will it be termed Aggravated Defamation via the Internet? I am over 18.

Call the police and tell them your ex is attempting extortion. You can also threaten to sue him for invasion of your privacy. It is probably not going to be permitted to be posted by Facebook, but you should also inform management to be aware of the possibility your ex may be trying to upload this video and you do not agree to allow it.
