Re: Minors SSI

There are listings in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) regarding Juvenile (minor) Impairments. One of the listings would be for Mental (psychiatric) problems. If he meets those listings he should be eligible. I do not know his age nor his diagnosis. If he is not/or has not seen a psychiatrist you need to do that right away. Please call me and I can provide you with the "Listings" from the CFR. Uner the "Listing" Section 112.11 is for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. If he meets all of the symptoms and requirments in this section he will be eligible. I would not pursue this matter without an attorney. If you would like my help you may email me directly at [email protected] or you may call my office directly. Below is my name and address please feel free to contact me.

Good Luck, I think we may have a strong case, but I would have to discuss this mater with you. There is no charge for as many consultations that you need.
