Legal Question in Tax Law in California

Corporation

I opened up a non profit organization 5 years ago. i had never done any business nor do i have any asset or debit. i have tried to dissolve the Corp i was asked to get a letter from the district attorney and no one answers at their office.And now it is suspended and IRS is asking me to pay tax for the company i have never done business with. what should i do???

I believe that you do not need any information from the DA's office. Where did you receive that information? Perhap instead they asked you to get a letter from the Secretary of State's office?
