Legal Question in Tax Law in California

what if the irs lied

We got audited. We went to court and we lost. My question is if the irs agent is found to have altered the paperwork during the trial is the the case void? is the audit void? and is he liable to be persecuted?

Thank You

Re: what if the irs lied

You should be able to have your audit reexamined and, possibly, set aside, and you should be able to have his actions reviewed.
