Trust Fund

My daughter was the benificiary of a Maximum Yield Certificate An Indiviual Trust she was 11yrs old the Judge ordered it sealed my aunt released all other accounts to designated benifiaries except my daughters now she is 21yrs old my aunt was the executor of estate but recently died so what should she do now thank you--
