Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

what are the chances of doing jail time for driving on a suspended dl for the 3rd time within a year. the 1st 2 were back to back & the 3rd one didnt recieve any notification that my dl was suspended...the letters came after aready ticketed...is there any hope for just getting fined with no jail time?

You're likely on probation for the first two with a condition of probation not to drive unless licensed and insured. By picking up another 14601, you could face probation violations on both cases, along with the new charges. Each of those cases carries up to 6 months in county jail, so if a judge really wanted to pound you, they could run the sentences consecutive (back to back).

You're going to need a criminal defense attorney to represent you and if there is any possible way to get your license reinstated before you go back to court, do it.
