Your car will be impounded for 30 days, you won't be able to pay the impound and storage fees, and you'll lose the car. And you'll be charged with driving on a suspended license, a misdemeanor. And you'll have to explain to your date why you both found yourselves on the side of the road, a mile from the nearest bus stop.
