Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
so i got pulled over last night and go a ticket. i noticed on the ticket this morning that they put the wrong last name down. what should i do to go about this??

Assuming that everything else is ok, on the day set to appear you can go into Court and advise the Baliff that the name is incorrect. The can fix it at that time.
Make sure you bring your ID to show your proper ame.
