Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I revieved a traffic ticket for Failure to Stop, Rolling Through a Stop Sign, a CVC 22450 in Covina, CA. I have not recieved anything in the mail and when I check for my ticket online(using either the citation number or my driver licence number) nothing comes up and it has been over a month. I also cann't read the court date on the ticket. What is my legal obligation? Thank You.

Contact the police department that issued the citation and ask them to verify your court date.
If you haven't missed it, you'll need to appear and/or take care of it on or before that date. I'd you have missed the date and it was in fact lodged with the court, a warrant can be issued for you. Most cite dates are 45-60 days from the date of incident.
