I was given a ticket for allowing a passanger w/o a seat belt code 27315(d) I want to know what kinda fine I'm looking at!! First offense no other tickets

Depends upon where you are. You may want to fight it and see if the officer shows up. If he does not show up for trial you will win. He may not want to show up for something so minor.
